Health & safety
WeeWise is designed to help people record drinks, toilet visits and related information. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition.
Graphs and diary summaries describe the information you enter. They cannot determine whether you are healthy or explain why a symptom is happening.
When to seek advice
If you notice changes in how often you urinate, unusually large volumes, persistent thirst, pain, blood in urine or other concerning symptoms, contact a qualified healthcare professional. Do not change medication, deliberately restrict fluids, or delay medical assessment based on what your diary shows.
Urgent and emergency help
In the UK, contact NHS 111 for urgent medical advice when you are unsure what care is needed. Call 999 for a life-threatening emergency. Outside the UK, contact your local health or emergency services.
Useful information
We may use a little humour elsewhere on the site, but health concerns deserve a straightforward answer. Your records are useful context for a clinician; they're not a replacement for one.
